MPIF Gurukul empowers deserving young people in Indore through education, mentorship, industry exposure, character development and meaningful employment.
Across India, millions of talented young people have the intelligence, determination and character to succeed, yet financial hardship, limited exposure and lack of guidance hold them back. MPIF Gurukul, a CSR skill training foundation in Indore, exists to bridge this gap.
MPIF Gurukul was born from a shared belief among a group of leading industrial and technology companies: that talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not. Coming together under the Madhya Pradesh Industrial Foundation as a collective Corporate Social Responsibility initiative in Indore, these companies set out to build more than careers. They set out to build confidence where there is doubt and create opportunity where none exists.
Every transformation begins with aspiration.
Confidence precedes competence, so we build self belief before technical excellence.
Exposure to industry and institutions broadens perspectives and raises aspirations.
Every successful student becomes an inspiration for many others.
To build a generation of confident, skilled, ethical and socially responsible professionals and leaders who pursue excellence, become role models and, sustained by lifelong mentorship, transform their own lives and the lives of their families and communities.
To identify talented, committed and deserving youth from economically disadvantaged backgrounds who have the intent to learn, and empower them through education, mentorship, industry exposure, character building and employment, enabling them to become lifelong learners, responsible citizens and catalysts for social change.
Our success is not measured by placement numbers alone. The true measure is the long term transformation of the student, their family and their community, the shift from dependence to dignity and from limited horizons to lasting confidence. Employment is an important milestone on this journey, not its final destination.
